We were up early the next morning and headed to our next destination; Fredericksburg, VA. We booked a hotel next to a huge mall, it was perfect! We came to Fredericksburg for a surprise birthday party for Kelly. On Thursday we had the afternoon to kill because we couldn’t go to Matts because Kelly would wonder why we were there. We headed to the Smithsonian next to Dulles airport. Aidan loves the planes, and he even got to sit in a Cessna with his dad! We saw where they made some of the Transformers 2 movie. Next, we headed to see the White House, and all the sights in D.C. Aidan was asleep so we didn’t get out, but we still had a nice ride taking in all the sights.
Matt and the kids ended up meeting us for breakfast the next morning along with my parents and Skye. After breakfast we met up with Krissy for some shopping! I got some great deals at Anne Taylor Loft, and Nine West. After shopping we headed to the party. It was great to see where Matt lives, and great to spend time with him, Kelly and the kids. After the party Krissy and I headed to see “New Moon” while everyone else went to the pool. The next morning we got up had breakfast with everyone, and we were on our way to our next destination; The Villages, FL.
