This week is going by SO slow! On Tuesday I swore it was Thursday, and then today I thought tomorrow was Friday! Geesh!
Lots of shopping today...
We headed to Target for a small vacuum. We have hardwood floors throughout the whole house, so when our vacuum broke, I thought we could just get away with having a small sweeper vacuum. I was wrong! Having two cats, and one dog make so much hair on the floors that the little sweeper can't keep up (even if I do it daily). I was completely fed up today, and found Target had a small vacuum (dirt devil) for $50. Perfect! I had to get a few supplies for a makeup job I am doing on Saturday, and of course there were some household stuff to get..laundry detergent, disenfectant wipes, shampoo etc.
Christmas Tree to scope out decorations for Em's graduation party. Didn't find anything. =(
Joann's for some fleece to make Aidan a Thomas the Train blanket.
Tomorrow we are heading to the playground for playgroup!

19 months!!
Aidan is 19 months!!!
What you are doing:
- Uh-Oh has become your favorite word, and we hear it ALL DAY LONG!!
- You now have 12 teeth.
- When I tell you that you need your diaper changed, you go get a diaper for me.
- You can throw, catch, and say "football".
- You love the play car your cousins gave you. As soon as you wake up in the morning you want to go outside to play in it.
- You sleep from 7:30pm until 6:30am.
- You love to go for walks, and you would stay outside all day if you could.
- Your favorite wagon to ride in, has become your favorite wagon to walk around the block. You are super strong!
- You love your daddy, and you will knock on the door and call out "daddy" when he is working downstairs
- You like to watch Phineas & Ferb, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and Thomas the Train on tv.
- You are wearing size 24 month clothes.
- You are such a happy little boy, and we can always get a belly laugh out of you.
- You like to eat fruits (banana, apples, mango, blueberries are favorites) and veggies (corn, peas, carrots are favorites) but it is all you will eat! You even gave up a piece of pizza for salad!
- You love to play, and to be around other kids.
- At the playground, you can climb up the big kids slide. When you get to the top, you turn around, sit down and slide back down. All by yourself!!
- You love to take baths, you could play in there forever.
- When you wake up you are always smiling, and when I pick you up, you give me a big hug.
- I love being home with you, we get to do so many fun things together, and I get to watch you grow into the cutest little toddler.
- You are a blessing in our lives, we love you so much, and we thank god every day for letting us take care of you.

Catch Up
We are finally on the mend (crossing fingers). Aidan and I just finished up our antibiotics, and we are praying we do not get sick for a long, LONG time. Next time we go away to some place warm, we won't be coming back here until the flu season is over!
Things around here have been pretty uneventful, other than Mothers Day, which was great. It was actually more like Mothers Day weekend. =) We went out to dinner (without Aidan) on Friday night, then the next morning went to our favorite breakfast spot (Pogos). Sunday I woke up too a dozen beautiful hot pink roses and a bunch of magazines. My hubby knows me well!! I spent the morning reading the latest gossip, and fashion. Later we visited our own mothers and ate way too much!
For the past two days Aidan has woke at 4:30am, let's just say after two days of this...I am so exhausted right now! I tried to limit his nap today to only an hour, he got a little cranky late in the day, but if it keeps him sleeping longer, it is worth it! I think it has something to do with his naps. The past two days we have been pretty busy, running around and going to the gym and the park, so he has taken 3 hour naps during the day. We'll see if I am right.
We ended up running to Target for diapers and wipes today, so I picked up a cute sweater to wear for Friday. We are having Em babysit, and heading to hear Jens brothers band play, which should be fun! This weekend will be a busy one, Saturday I am supposed to be going to see "Angels and Demons" and then Sunday is Jill's wedding shower. Busy, Busy!
I did get to catch up on my DVR at 5am, and I watched Gossip Girl and the Biggest Loser. BL was great! So good to see Jerry won for the people that went home, he was the oldest contestant by far. Just proves that no matter what your age, you can change. I was happy to see any of the three left win, they all did such an amazing job! So inspirational.
Tonight is the LOST finale, I can't wait to watch that tomorrow!
(Aidan is 19 months tomorrow! Where does the time go?)
